The ProMatch™ Contractor Program is a complimentary service Stone Forest provides to match homeowners seeking professional services for home projects with qualified professional contractors.

Stone Forest proactively obtains homeowner interest in the program and funnels project leads to appropriate contractor business members. Services provided by ProMatch members include: design, retaining walls, paver projects, natural stone projects, manufactured stone projects and installation, water features, pond maintenance, outdoor kitchens, fire pit and fireplace design and installation, boulder and dry creek bed design and installation, general maintenance, rain harvesting and drainage solutions.

In addition to receiving project leads, ProMatch members also receive multiple benefits including a presence on ProMatch marketing materials, in the Stone Forest indoor showcase, on the Stone Forest website and in the Stone Forest enewsletter.

The ProMatch Program is a highly selective and competitive program. Members must qualify and attend the official ProMatch orientation as well as abide by member conduct expectations. PROMATCH™ CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROGRAM RULES

The following qualifications are required to become an official ProMatch™ contractor.

1)      Contractor will prove to have obtained official state/ local government or industry association/organization certification and licensing in field/s in which contractor or company claims expertise.

2)      Contractor will provide evidence of business license and insurance certificate.

3)      Contractor must provide at least two samples of work for each field in which contractor or company claims expertise. For example, if a contractor claims expertise in ponds and retaining walls, a contractor must present at least two samples of work for ponds and two samples of work for retaining walls. Samples of the same type of work must be from different projects and may not include projects completed for family members of the contractor or contractor’s employees. Samples of work include photography, brief description of work conducted and site address. Stone Forest has the right to make site visits of projects submitted.

4)      Contractor must provide at least three customer references from projects completed or in progress. References may not be from family members of the contractor or contractor’s employees. References must be from paying customers. Stone Forest has the right to contact references.

5)      Contractor or appropriate employees (project managers/key employees) must complete the ProMatch training program.

6)      Contractor or company representatives will participate in at least two professional workshops held within a 12-month period at Stone Forest. Stone Forest has the right to request attendance at specific workshops.

7)      Contractor will have at least five years proven experience as a landscape contractor/company and at least 12 months experience in each field of expertise.

8)      Contractor must abide by all rules and expectations of the ProMatch Program members.

9)      Qualifying ProMatch members must have accounts in good standing with Stone Forest.

EXPECTATIONS OF PROMATCH MEMBERS

1)      Follow up with homeowner/customer within 48 hours of receiving a lead from Stone Forest. Notify ProMatch coordinator, Susette Rebuelta, of follow-up results (i.e. left a message or voicemail).

2)      Inform Stone Forest ProMatch Coordinator as soon as a job is won from a program lead.

3)      Within one month of project completion, fill out online completion form and include at least two photographs of project, including one “before” and one “after” photo.

4)      Each year of membership, provide Stone Forest with a photo CD of finished projects and rights to use photographs for Stone Forest programs, projects and product promotions without paying royalties or giving photo credit, although photo credits will be given when appropriate.

5)      Members must keep their credit accounts in good standing or face potential suspension or expulsion from the program.

6)      Stone Forest and Contractor mutually agree that program participation is cancellable at any time with or without cause or reason with full indemnification from both parties.  Stone Forest may at any time request for any reason, or no reason whatsoever, for contractor to requalify.

PROMATCH MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

The following membership benefits apply to all official ProMatch Program members. Stone Forest is not responsible for following up with members to make sure they take advantage of all benefits. Stone Forest will occasionally remind members of benefits, but it is ultimately up to the ProMatch member to provide relevant materials and to take full advantage of membership benefits.

1)      Receive direct customer and project leads from Stone Forest

2)      Right to participate in “Meet the Expert” days as scheduled by program coordinator, Susette Rebuelta. Experts per day will be limited and scheduled in advance by Stone Forest.

3)      Right to a project portfolio binder displayed in the Stone Forest indoor showroom. Stone Forest will provide the binder but contractor is responsible for putting the portfolio together and returning to Stone Forest for display. Contractor is also responsible for keeping binder updated with new projects and marketing materials.

4)      Listing as an official ProMatch contractor in promotional materials

5)      Right to be featured in the ProMatch member feature or project spotlight in at least one monthly enewsletter per calendar year. Member is responsible for providing adequate material for feature.

6)      Right to have featured project or member spotlight on website at least once per calendar year. Member is responsible for providing adequate material for feature.

7)      Given official ProMatch ID card and/or certificate with right to use certification on member promotional and marketing items, resume, website, etc.

8)      Right to use or display promotional materials regarding ProMatch Program as distributed by Stone Forest (i.e. t-shirts, flyers, logos, stickers, bags, etc.).
